DELIVERY POLICY

All orders will be delivered using the service specified at the time of ordering. Sign and Design reserves the right to adjust prices proportionally based on shipping costs, but delivery charges will always be communicated prior to order completion.

Customer Notice Regarding Delivery Times

  • Deliveries take 3-5 working days after dispatch (not from the order date).

  • Shipping confirmation emails are sent 24 hours before dispatch.

  • For any order-related queries, please contact us—we prioritize all delivery concerns.

  • Note: Delivery may take 8-10 working days, depending on location.

Delivery Charges

  • Charges vary based on product type and delivery location.

  • Non-refundable once the order is placed.

  • Customs/duties (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.

    • 15% additional fee for non-filers.
